Stops the hair thinning
This supplement is worth every cent. My hair was falling out at an alarming rate until I started taking these capsules. After a week I have seen a huge improvement. Very little hair now in the shower, on my brush and clothes. It may be too soon to see any skin improvement yet. I would recommend these for sure.

REALLY REALLY works!!!!
I was doubtful when first taking it. However, where i once had balding areas around my face, I now have tons of new hairs!!! Extremely impressed!!!!!!

Large pills
The pill size is large and can be hard to swallow

Works wonderfully.
I was concerned about whether or not this would upset my stomach so I started out just taking one a day. It did not bother me so I started taking three a day as the bottle indicates. I injured my knees about 6 weeks earlier and that is why I ordered this in the first place. I thought I could detect some improvement, but after I started taking this according to the recommendations listed on the bottle I can tell a big difference. My knees feel much better now and I think I will continue taking this even after they are completely healed because I am 70 years old and I feel this will help to slow or prevent further deterioration of my joints.

Very effective and excellent quality supplement.
Noticeable difference in my skin when using these. I am a cpap user and I’ve noticed the lines from my mask fade much quicker when I’m taking these supplements. The only thing I dislike is the price has increased quite a bit since my first purchase because these went viral.

I recommend definitely for your skin and your joint joints
I have noticed a difference in my skin and the way I feel my aching has less pain in my whole body. I feel that I’m gaining the vitamins that I need that I was lacking and I would definitely recommend this to others. It’s three pills a day so I take two in the morning and one in the evening and it’s not a problem. It’s just keeping up with your daily routine and taking them at the right time so I would say yes it gives me energy and I feel much better when I take them and like I’m doing something good for myself
