Will this work with ciena 3903x?

Hello dear buyer, yes it works. This is a USB 2.0 to rj45 console console cable. It is suitable for all devices with the RJ45 console port . You need to install the driver corresponding to the computer system when you use it. If the system is above Windows 7 There is no need to download it, because it will automatically install it. If it cannot be installed automatically, you need to go to the FTDI website to download the correct driver.I hope my answer can help you. Good luck！

Is there an offline driver package available for this? My windows doesn't recognize this.

I just googled " usb to rj45 console cable driver " and 3 or 4 of them popped up. Any of them should work.

Is there a driver required for macos, and if so, is it big sur compatible?

you need to download the driver matching your computer operating system on the official website of ftdi, and it can work. Download driver URL: https://ftdichip.com/drivers/vcp-drivers/.

There work perfectly, great slimsize, super easy to cut and re-cable as required if too long. (obviously you can't return it if you resize it) 😂

Cisco
