It I’m not mistaken they screw in . But instructions are included .

Does anybody have problems with this lamp flickering?

I’ve had this lamp for one day and it flickers as well on the lower dimmable setting. Once it’s turned to the highest setting it stops.. I’m not to thrilled with that.
