Greater Goods Dual-Head Stethoscope is a big long, but works just as good as the original. I work in a hospital as a medical professional with no issues. Love the red color too. The extra pieces are a great addition.

The color is not red. It’s more of a hot pink.
I did not care much for the color, but the stethoscope works ok. I can hear heart, lung and gut sounds well.
