I found this product very useful for my problem "For Flat Feet, Plantar Fasciitis". It is very convenient to wear and you can get used to it very quickly. I got pain relieved in just few hours. If your doctor has suggested to use such support then this product serves the purpose 100% and in convenient to use. You can wear chappals, shoes while this on and walk comfortably. I would say go for it.My shoe size is 7 and standard product covering 6-14 size fits well for me.

Good, but could be better for the mentioned price

I have been using Sparsh 4.0 insoles for the past 5-6 years and find them excellent in providing comfort. I wear them under my socks with regular shoes, sports shoes, sandals and chappals. It takes a while to understand the best position to wear them, which depends on your foot curvature, but once you know it is very easy. I always wear them with socks so as not to dirty them, although they are washable.

This is an excellent product. My wife has flat foot issue and had swelling for the past 10 months and medication did not work. Sparsh 4 made her swellings to go away within 2 days of usage (1 hr wearing with few hrs of break in between). I am really very pleased with the results.

It's really a worst product for arch support. It'll make serious health issues. It'lake Continuous arch and ankle pain, Chronic illness, foot deform.

This product design is not as effective as I hoped.

It pretty much relieved the pain. Good thing is, We can wear them like socks, which Comes in handy While working. Cution is Soft-Silicon gel like. Cloth doesnt seem to be cotton, but its much Softer.(Doesnt sweat) Recommended For them having Flat foot Problem.
