LOVE these! They make me feel calmer and help me wind down and the end of the night. Tne flavors are slightly sweeter then I'd like but still very good.

I was unsure what to expect, but these actually work for me. I have MTHFR and don't absorb through diet alone, and must supplement. I'm spending more than this on my child's prebiotic soda, so I figured why not. Drank 3/4 of a can and was MELLOW for 2 hours. This coming from someone also hyperthyroid, perimenopausal, autistic, ADHD... I dressed it up with some cherries and cucumber. So cute. Only tried the one flavor (i think raspberry?), but it was DELICIOUS without any additions. I'll update this post as I try more flavors. Very happy. Great alternative to alcohol and provides a calming effect. If you're sensitive to calming stuff, like me, I'd recommend not driving the first couple times after you try, at least 2 hours.

Absolutely love these. First couple of nights, I wasn’t sure but after a few weeks of drinking them, going without sucks. They help you wind down. I’m sleeping great. They have replaced a typical nightcap and that’s something I’m proud of. Better than Recess. Up there with Hiyo.

This is an amazing drink that helps one relax, although expensive, one might find the same ingredients at a lower price. Great idea, great taste, just wish it was was more available at a better price.

These are expensive, but I really enjoy them. It’s a little something special. Poor in a wine glass over ice. Also mix with sparkling water.

I was pretty sure I was going to be disappointed with these drinks - because I am a total pain in the *** - but OMG I am actually really obsessed. Yes all the good for you stuff - lion's mane, ashwaganda and magnesium and the like - but these seltzers are also truly delicious to my palate! MY liking it doesn't mean you will though - the flavors are pretty sophisticated - I feel like I am having an expecially good mocktail full of weird and wacky botanicals - but I always have like that kind of thing. Pile on those Italian Apertivos and Digestivos!! (I love those drinks but also know they are not everyone's cup of tea - the bitter and botanical aspects hits different palates - well - differently LOL.) These have kind of the same effect flavor-wise - not bitter - just unusual. Not very sweet at all - you get the fruit hit for sure, but they are not sugary. I find all of the flavors to be very interesting - but if I tried these products back when I was a youngster I think I may have hated some of the flavors (I'm looking at you Melon Cucumber and Peach Ginger.) I think if these flavor profiles sound like they might be appealing to you, then you won't be disappointed. I am not sure how much I feel the effects of all of the relaxing ingredients - I think I do a little but that honestly could just be the power of suggestion - let's just say it isn't very pronounced. These are a little pricey for me but I like them well enough to keep on treating myself to one almost every evening.

I love this brand of drinks! It’s helped me quit smoking nicotine as well as cut back alcohol nearly completely!!! What I didn’t love is that on this particular order I ordered the new citrus variety pack and received the same old Original pack with the two yucky flavors I don’t prefer (hence desiring to taste the more citrus variety that matches my palette) :/ I was so superly bummed about this that I no longer order from amazon—I order straight from Trip’s manufacturer site and even receive a much better discount oftentimes because of their sales, not to mention free 2-3 day express shipping, and their subscription service gives large discount at 23$ per 12 pack/bag of powder (and a bigger selection of their offerings such as peach yuzu magnesium powder, gummies, etc.).

Ok drink but too expensive for what you get. I’m not sure if it actually made me feel calm.
