No bill attached, package seal was opened, other tape was used but box was open.

Size issue
Size L in the size chart is usually said to be 58-60 cm. However, the L size is only 580 mm (58 cm). I am returning this item due to its size issue. Customers need to order a size bigger than their usual (actual) size.
