A great addition to your supplement intake.
I've realised this is great for calming down your nervous system. Everytime I take this supplement at nights I feel very calm and soothed afterwards. I'd recommend. Plus it provides alot of health benefits. Good for hair and skin also. 😊 It has a nutty flavour. I'd suggest taking to with juice or some other beverage to kill the taste.

Great product. Pumpkin seed oil is an amazing source of essential fatty acids, including omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Also rich in vitamins A, E, and K, as well as minerals such as zinc and magnesium. Pumpkin seed oil also contains compounds that possess anti-inflammatory properties.

Bland, no pumpkin flavor I was expecting
As another person stated, not the quality I was looking for. Another brand from the Austria Styria is MUCH better. This had absolutely no pumpkin flavor, just bland.
