Great product
I bought these for work and they've been great. The slide works smoothly and its stores my data with no problems. Transfer rates are about average with my Sandisk drives that I also use. Added bonus is that these work with in WinPE enviroment but the Sandisk does not. Would vary by application of course..but I originally bought these to transfer encryption keys into Endpoint and they've do. Sandisk drives i've tried do not, although the file-table formats are the same. I use the extras for boot disks for the last 3 months without failure. Overall, good value and I'm happy with them.

Great to send home projects/work for my students
I've purchased these drives multiple times, and they've always worked reliably. I use them to send e-books home to my parents during the year, and material to do with their children over the summer. The price is cheap enough for everyone in the class to receive a drive, and you'd be surprised how much material 4 gigs will hold! The little hole in each drive is perfect to thread on a little keychain, which is attached to the children's backpacks. Easy to take home, and they don't get lost in the bottom of the bookbags! I recommend watching the price on camel camel camel dot com, and certainly wouldn't pay more than ten dollars for the set of three.

Can never have too many flash drives.
They work, seem solid enough to withstand abuse, and are large enough not to get lost too easily. I bought them for the teens in the house who have to transfer their Word doc homework from home to school and back, because flash drives keep getting lost in this household. We haven't run one through the wash as yet, so I can't comment on their survival in the laundry room yet. But they're cheep and do what they're supposed to.

It's a flash drive, and reasonable, and it works.
It's a flash drive, and reasonable, and it works. Verbatim makes the only mass market DVD DL Rs that actual work. All of the others have 40-70% failure rates. Are Verbatim flash drives better? I don't know, but I'd rather give them my money than those 70% failure rate DVD DL R people.

These guys are awesome
These flash drives are exactlly what i expected. They are a great price and hold so much on them. I have used all three allready when i had to transfer all my photos, documents, and music from my old computer to my new laptop. I highly recommend these guys. They are awesome, and there in three different colors so you wont confused one with the other.

Great for Holding Multiple OSs
With the many flash drives out there and a gigabyte/$ ratio is getting lower, why would you need these wimpy 4gb drives? Simply put -- for me at least -- they are indispensable for OS drives. I dual boot/triple boot/quad boot over many computers and it is an annoyance to have to reinstall different OS if you have, say, 2-3 USB drives. Since most (all...for now) OSs are less than 4gb, these drives will work with any. Now I have a drive for Win 7, Win 10, Win XP, and various Linux distros -- and I don't have to worry about not having enough drives on hand.

I don't like the way these USB flash drives are constructed
I don't like the way these USB flash drives are constructed. I had to use a knife to get them open the first time I used them (forget about just sliding your thumb up) to expose the USB connector. And I had to use the knife aggressively, to get it to open up. Then, once you've used these drives 2-3 times, you can't just expose the USB connector and stick it in a port because the "protector" will slide back over it as you slide it in, meaning you haven't inserted the connector into the port all the way. This means you have to hold your thumb tightly on the cover while you slide the connector into your USB port just so the cover doesn't slide back over the connector. This is aggravating when your port is on the side of a laptop and you have to pick up the laptop just to insert the stick drive. I haven't had any problems with actually using the drives---they perform very well for copying files. But there are easier ways to construct a flash drive cover to protect the connector--this design needs to go in the trash, and I wouldn't buy it again on any brand of flash drive. it aggravates me so much I had to give this drive one star.

Not What They Used To Be
Last year, I purchased these same Verbatim Store 'n' Go 4 GB USB Flash Drives and they were great in their operation and in their construction. I keep them in a 10 teacher unit for our students to borrow overnight if they need them. (This is a 35 student Special Education unit.) Our student base is increasing so I needed more and decided to purchase them early. In addition, I'm collaborating in writing a book and needed one drive with a low capacity for one of the authors and these seemed perfect. Unfortunately, I didn't see the picture clearly depicting a change in the flash drives from last year. The previous ones I bought allowed the metal part of the flash drive to be pulled back into a completely covering plastic casing when not in use. In fact, part of the plastic casing has been removed from the back of the flash drive covering as the blue flash drive as shown in the picture. I thought this was simply a picture of the flash drive being pushed out fully into the position needed for inserting it into the USB port. It's not. Fully one-third of the casing back is "missing", presumably to save some small amount of money on its manufacturing process. Thus, even when pulled into the casing, the metal flash drive is exposed and unprotected from any damage. The flash drive works as well as it did before, but this missing part of the back is unacceptable in terms of protecting the important part of the device when it is being stored. It might as well not ave any "protection" at all as well as this cut-down casing provides. In addition, there has been a basic change in the way the "business end" of the flash drive can be pushed out from the way it was on last year's model. It's harder to push the flash drive out than it used to be. That part is not as bothersome as the cut in protection for the flash drive, but it is there and part of my loweing my rating from 5 stars to three stars. I would suggest looking for a flash drive that covers the entire metal part when retracted, rather than going with these. It bothers me to say that, but they are just not what they formerly were, and I would have returned them except for the fact that I desperately needed one of them when they were delivered, so I had to use it which meant keeping them all. I wouldn't recommend these if you're looking for a flash drive that can be protected when retracted. Aside from that, if it's not going to be anywhere that it could pick up dust or debris, or be knocked into by other flash drives, these would be okay..

Cheap and work well
I got these as cheap thumb drives I wouldn't mind losing. Not everyone is good about returning them, and I really didn't want another one of my high-capacity USB 3.0 drives going missing because someone couldn't be bothered to receive a file by e-mail. These are big enough that I can put almost a full semester's worth of reading, research, and papers on one, but if I lost it I wouldn't be crying (unless my online backup failed). So far all three are still working fine.

2 out of the 3 worked fine in one pack, the 2 other packs of 3 were fine.
Packing and shipping was great,. I purchased three of these packs. Unfortunately, one of them turned out to be defective/unusable.Hence my 4 *. The other two packs of 3 were perfect.

Serendipity
I needed three brightly coloured USB thumb drives, and boy oh boy, I was in luck when I saw these. They were everything I was looking for! Even better, then work! Everyone at work has been calling me the luckiest guy in town, and I can't really argue with them.

They Get The Job Done
These are standard flash drives. Nothing special to say about them but they get the job done.
