Great product, came with the needed fitting for water inlet (the screw on adapter ww/ PIP connection) -- you will need a PIP union to join your water inlet and a drain solution, I used clear tubing and a metal screw strap to secure it. Works great for pre-rinsing our bar glases at our taproom. I am very impressed, looks good, works well, seems to be well built and the spray mechanism is solid.

Love it. Works great, replaced the plastic water line in fitting for brass and ran braided supply line. Had to cut off a little on the drain tube to connect a drain to fit it into my current drain setup, but again, not a big deal.

There has to be an error in the posted dimensions... They make no sense! I've also tried contacting the manufacturer to ask a few questions and never received a response. I'm slightly disappointed but it looks like the rinser will do the trick. I'll begrudging accept that the rinser arrived with scratches on it... Mostly on the bottom where they will be out of view.If you are using a pump, just make sure it's 40ish PSI and try to use water lines greater than 1/4". I'm using 1/4" @ 40PSI and find the rinse is a little under-powered.

Works as it was supposed to.Easy install.Only it needed a longer discharged line.

It doesn't drain! Total waste of money. Do not buy!. How can they get away with selling a rinsing tray that they designed without the ability to drain properly. Unfortunately I didn't attach it and try to use it until after the return date. Ugh.

Product is as described. A recessed stainless steel glass rinser designed to installed above a sink or wet bar. Great value.Some installation required, but otherwise straightforward. My unit went in in under an hour. Connected a copper line to the cold water feed for the sink it was mounted over and ran that to the inlet on the rinser. That is the hardest part of install.Personally, I had no issues with it not draining. I'm not a plumber, so perhaps my slightly crooked mounting helps it by tipping one of the corners slightly into the sink. If you were concerned at all with it not draining, a single hole drilled into the bottom (of the part over the sink) alleviates this issue in a matter of seconds.
