Great Quality Gift!
We purchased this as a gift for a family member and it was very nice! The feel and the look of the knife were quality. It came just as described and was well worth our money. Our family member really enjoyed the gift and was very pleased with it. I would purchase this product again.

Great in looks and quality!
My dad collects pocket knives, and Case knives are his favorites, so I knew this would make the perfect Christmas gift. I opened the package when it first arrived to make sure everything was in working order- Case is well known for their high quality knives (made here in the U.S.), taking pride in their work, and it clearly shows. It's a solid knife with a nice weight to it- feels good in the hand. The surgical steel blades have a bright shine and are super sharp, with a subtle shade of amber to the bone handle. My dad absolutely loved it and couldn't have been more pleased! They're not cheap knives, but you do get what you pay for (luckily this one was on sale when I bought it!). Someday I plan to get one for myself!

A beautiful knife with one small flaw.
Sadly, I lost my only Case knife that was presented to my Father by General D.D. Eisenhower for his service to him during WWII. It wasn’t a special knife emblazoned with Dad’s three stars or anything like, or otherwise specially made for him by Case, just a knife with a letter from then Gen. Eisenhower thanking Dad for his working with him all through the war. I’ve owned it since my Father died in 1998. Then, about two weeks ago, I lost it—somehow, somewhere. But in my heart, I felt I had to replace it with the same knife—this Amber CV Stockman. It turns out they weren’t quite the same in coloring, but it will do. As to this knife, it’s very beautiful, has a nice heft to it as it seems to be a little heavier. However, I thought it best to warn the buyer of any Case three-bladed knife, that the Clip blade will rub against the Sheepfoot blade leaving a mark on the near side of the Sheepfoot blade and on the opposite of the Clip blade. I called Amazon about it and they replaced the knife and it was even worse as the pen blade also rubbed against the Sheepfoot blade causing the same mar against it and the Sheepfoot blade. I called Case and they told me that it’s part of owning a three-bladed knife. However, the pen blade should never have rubbed up against the Sheepfoot and was indeed a manufacture flaw and somehow slipped through their rather strict QA team, so I returned that one to Amazon, and kept the one with the lesser of two evils. I can’t say I love this knife as much as I did my Father’s, but I really do love this knife. In fact, I plan on purchasing a Bonestag Trapper, a Trapperlock and a Canoe and a few others as a small collection. Similar to buying a mobile phone one buys the real thing—an iPhone, when one wishes to purchase a pocket knife, it has to be a Case. For what each makes, they are the best—hands down, no questions asked!

Get one. If you don't like it, give it to me...
If you need a real pocket knife; nothing to big, but very useful... get this one. The awl is awesome, thought the slip lock on it does not allow for forceful hole punching. The Chrome Vanadium steel (rusts pretty easily) but, has stayed very sharp through opening many boxes at work and whittling away the early summer days. Yes, that is true, I am a whittler and this is perfect for me. Never had a use for the Spey blade... the awl definitely has more uses for me. (One thing I will say is this - If you are ordering a Case knife {or any product from Amazon} make sure you check other sites, because as with the case of Case from Deadwood Knives, if you order anything from them on Amazon, they force the Amazon fees on you... in other words, for some things you will pay their Amazon fees - as in; what is $148.99 on Amazon from them, is $124.99 on their website.)

Nice knife but not properly deburred.
This is a nice knife for the money; however, I’m deducting one star because it appears the deburring process was entirely skipped by whoever did the sharpening. I’ve never seen a knife with such a noticeable burr, and on all three blades. Otherwise, this knife should prove very useful, with all three blades having a useful purpose. Fit and finish is quite nice.

All around great pocket knife.
As usual Case doesn’t disappoint! I bought it for Dad for Christmas. We’ve been using Case since I was a young tyke.
