When I started working for myself, I found myself sitting on the couch while I worked more often than not. And then when the pandemic hit, I was even more sedentary. My New Year's resolution was to stop sitting, so I researched standing adjustable desks and settled on this one. It was well-reviewed, and by far the least expensive option I could find.The desk arrived on Dec. 31--just in time for me to make good on my resolution. It was easy to put together. The only issue is that my delivery was short by two screws, so I haven't yet installed the drawer. But it came together very easily, and it looks great.The desk is fully adjustable, with space for four presets, so you can have one for standing, one for sitting, one to elevate your camera to get a better angle for video conferencing, and a fourth for anything else that you'd need.It's very sturdy, and when the motor is adjusting the height, it's completely stable. You can have a nearly full cup of coffee on the table, or a desk lamp, and you don't have to worry about any of that toppling or spilling while adjusting the height. I toyed with the idea of getting a desk lamp with a clamp for the new desk, but I didn't want to mar the finish. In retrospect, I don't think I needed to worry. Though I got the rustic wood finish, it's laminate (but still looks terrific--you'd never know until you touch it and find that it's completely smooth), so I don't think a clamp would actually hurt the finish. But since the desk is so stable, there's no issue having a stand-alone desk lamp.In order to use the cord management tray, I'm going to need a power strip with a longer cord. Right now, my cord situation is a bit of a mess, because my power strip needs a longer cord.But overall, I'm thrilled with the desk. I'm standing at it right now, as I type this review. For the money, you really can't do better. And looking at some of the reviews for desks that are four times as expensive--why would you pay more than you have to?

This was easy to put together (faster if you have another person to help out). The instructions were very clear, the screws were labeled properly. For its price it is such a great buy. It is very sturdy and it looks great. It easily fits a 17inch laptop, 2nd monitor and keyboard.

Very happy with my desk. It’s a great size and so easy to adjust the height. Perfect for my 2 monitors and everything else I need for work. Easy to put together too.

This is a good looking desk, works smoothly, clear set up instructions. Putting it together was okay for the most part but I wish companies would provide everything needed to put together equipment. Some of the parts felt like they weren’t great quality, the wood kept chipping off while putting in screws but nothing major for the most part. I got it on a sale so it’s good value for the money I’d say.

This was easy to assemble although give yourself some time because it has quite a few parts. We forgot to measure the doorway and had to take the feet off and put them back on once we moved the unit into our son's room. It was a game changer for a kid who needs to be in constant motion while learning remotely. We paired it with a bar stool on wheels so he can sit and stand anytime he needs and the wheels make it super easy to move the desk so he can use it for recording play auditions without rearranging all the furniture to find a blank wall. The quality is great! The little drawer is a lightweight construction and works well for the light school supplies that kids or adults need like some extra pens and pencils and a ruler. Do not expect that drawer to hold a lot. You could attach an undershelf drawer that hooks onto the desk but honestly, this desk works just fine for an adult or teen. Highly recommend. Worth the price and the effort to assemble was literally 45 minutes once we laid out all the pieces and made sure we knew what went where. One note is that the cord holder and the drawer hangers are soft metal and they come with perforated edges that make it super easy to fold them into place. While my husband went to find a proper vice to bend the metal, I carefully folded the metal along those perforated seams and it worked. The instructions don't really tell you that, so it is easy to make the assembly harder than it needs to be. The image shows the controller on the right and it is actually on the left on our unit but our son is left handed so that works well for him and honestly, how often are you really going to be moving the height up and down on a day. Great product and a real game changer for our family.
