Very bad experience this time.
I have been using this creame for several years due to its moisturising capacity.But this time I had very bad experience as when I opened the container the return window was already over but to my surprise I found out the pinkish water and the solid part separately and it smells weird.I would like to get my money refunded.

The cream had runny texture all 4 of them. I doubt the genuineness of the product.

Defective product
Something was wrong with the consistency. The consistency of the cream was so runny or liquidy that it literally spilled all over the floor while trying to open the cover that comes after the main lid. Smells good but not happy with the product because of the super watery texture that can't even be used as a lotion.
