I am extremely impressed with the Palladio Liquid Eyeliner in Aquamarine. The color is absolutely stunning—vibrant, eye-catching, and perfect for adding a fun pop of color to any makeup look. The color is rich and bold, delivering beautiful color in just one swipe without looking patchy or uneven. One of my favorite features is the felt tip applicator. It glides smoothly across the eyelid and makes creating precise lines incredibly easy, whether you're going for a subtle accent or a dramatic wing. The easy-grip wand provides excellent control, which is especially helpful for beginners. Once dry, the waterproof and smear-proof formula truly lives up to its claims. It stays in place all day without smudging, fading, or transferring, even during long, busy days. Despite its impressive staying power, it removes easily with makeup remover. Overall, this eyeliner is high-quality, long-lasting, and beautiful. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves colorful, reliable eye makeup.

I am always hunting for the perfect eyeliner. To me the important criteria are availability of good basic colors (do people really need teal or silver or lavender eyeliner? I don't), ease of application, and long wear. Palladio scores well in all three areas. First, the colors: They have black, black/brown, and navy, as well as a few more shimmery shades that I don't use. I currently have the black and black brown shades, and have had the navy in the past. They are exactly the rich colors you expect them to be. Second, I love the ease of application. It's eyeliner liquid with a felt tip applicator. To me, that's the ideal form eyeliner should take. I find that eyeliner pencil doesn't glide on smoothly or intensely enough, brush applicators are hard to use for even application, and eyeliner markers tend to start out wet and then get dryer as you apply it. Ugh! But Palladio, that I've been using for ages, applies smoothly each time and stays smooth in the bottle for a long, long time. The felt tip is just the right thickness so that you can control the line, from fine to wide depending on how you use it. The top of the bottle is thin, which I find easiest to manipulate. And finally, this stuff lasts all day once applied and dry. Although it is not waterproof, it is smudge-proof and I have never had it melt or bleed. Granted, I have dry skin, so I don't know if having oily eyelids would make it smudge or not. But for me, it lasts perfectly, yet is easy to remove with eye makeup remover, either the oily or non-oily kind. All in all, Palladio is the perfect eyeliner for me, and I recommend it highly.

I like the color, and it goes on decently. Both the handle and the applicator tip are smaller than my previous brand (which got discontinued), and I def like the longer better. The longer handle makes the product easier to use - so this one is taking some getting used to. The longer applicator tip also makes the product easier and more complete to apply - so, again, this one is a little more challenging. I haven't quite worked out my flow with it. I tend to be unsatisfied with how I'm using it as I apply to the inside of my upper eyelid (toward my nose), so that part regularly gets a "do-over." I think if the applicator tip were a bit longer, I would do better there. Overall, I like it enough and will likely purchase again. Not many companies produce the blue and I really like the blue. Plus, this one rates well on EWG.

I purchased the Palladio Liquid Eyeliner in deep blue, and it was ideal and better than any other liquid eyeliner I have tried in the past. The applicator is easy to use, doesn't lose the brush strands, and doesn't change shape as it ages.

The only eyeliner I use. It goes on very pretty.

Definitely NOT waterproof. Giving 1 star just for the midnight blue color meeting my expectation. I am naturally tan so you can gauge on how it will look on a certain skin color/type. Drying time is about 3mins. I washed my hand with soap and no lotion or any type of products applied prior to testing. I was trying to attach a video but it wouldn’t load. Color green was great. Didn’t love the shiny much but …. It doesn’t last all day if even hours on the outside corner of my eyes.

Great eye liner, applies nicely and had no issues with smudging, but it’s easy to remove. I like the ingredients, and purchased in shimmer black and purple. Would buy again.
