"VERY" bright!
So far, so good. I did not buy this for tactical use. Instead I use it for professional presentations. It is very bright, battery is pre-charged but it lacks any instructional information.

Excellent!
Bought one for my personal use, but now my office has bought 3 more for official use. Might be TOO bright, but it will show up on a TV screen. Not hot or burning. Won’t burn or even warm skin or wood, so I think it is safe for everything except shining it directly into your eyes, of course. Hold charge a long time

Don't point it in peoples eyes.
For the price this thing is legit. Nice and bright though I haven't tried to burn a match stick yet but it does get warm on the skin after a few secs.

Terrible craftsmanship. DO NOT BUY!
Piece of garbage! After charging the battery and attempting to use it, it did not work at all. Tried other fresh 18650 batteries that worked in other flashlights and devices, it still refused to work! I bought this one for an even I had this week, and higher rated similar products were out of stock and not guaranteed to arrive on time. Looks like I am out of look. The issue appears to be poor craftsmanship in the tail cap. I tried unlocking and locking operation with no change. I would have pulled it apart to further investigate, but I am not going to ruin my chances of getting my money back on this junk product I bought.

It stopped working after charging the battery
It stopped working after I charged the battery..... I have tried everything..... Even putting a new battery in it, still does not work.... Disappointed
