I loved this product after figuring out how to work it! I was honestly a little on the fence at first because the alarm kept going off, but I checked the manual and the QR code, which explained that the issue can be caused by water hardness. I ended up mixing the water 50/50 with distilled water, and after that, it worked perfectly for me! If you’re having the same issue, definitely check the manual and QR code for more information. Bought a few months ago and much more involved to set-up then my old one. So I didn't, until today. Had a friend over that has never used a foot spa before so was excited to give her a treatment. It did not work for more than 5 minutes with the ppb's in the 2000's and then went to 3000 and back into the 2000's. All of a sudden it went to 4000 and would not stop beeping. The ground was attached. I used the salt. I added more water. I unplugged and replugged. I dumped all the water and refilled the foot bath, unplugged and replugged reset and then tried again. 4000 and did not come off that. I dumped the water, dried the person's feet and gave up. I am not sure it works. I had an old one for years that the motor finally went out on. The water was always really dark and merky with an array of colors depending on the person. This did start to color slightly, but she never really even got to experience what itnwould have been like innit had worked. Since I have had it for a while and never took it out of the box, the warranty is probably not in tack any longer if there ever was any warranty because there is nothing showing in the materials that came with the machine.

This is the only ionic foot bath I’ve found that takes the guesswork out of the ionic concentration. You connect your skin to a meter (can wear it around your wrist or just contact it however) and it will let you know whether you are in the therapeutic range. I find this very helpful for my personal and professional uses. I have personally improved from my time with this therapy and have watched others do so, too. I look forward to continuing my journey with it, but for now my feet and knees feel much better after using it and I find it fascinating to see what I am detoxing. I highly recommend this company. This worked so well! I’ve not experienced anything like this before but I was pleasantly surprised how much was pulled from my feet! My water ended up being a dark brown with specs and bubbles and I followed the provided chart to see what was being detoxed! I also want to note that this was very relaxing and I’ll be including this in my weekly health routine!

I am showing positive results in the machine. It is recommended to use 2-3 times per week to start with.
