So far so good. It appears to be operating as advertised. It got my bench grinder up and running again.

Can't speak to reliability or longevity as I just installed it today, but it swapped in on my ancient bench grinder with no troubles and the motor is running like a top now. Perfect replacement for my old blown cap with a similar rating. No complaints.

A friend who owns a coffee shop has a small freezer for ice cream. He asked me to take a look at it as it wasn’t keeping anything frozen. I had a hunch it was the starting capacitor. The freezer was $1000 to replace so a $10 roll of the dice to see if it was the capacitor was the prudent choice. Replaced the capacitor and the freezer fired up and eventually cooled down to -5 degrees. Perfect.
