Packaging and shipping were superior. however, I think they should make it clear that full of water it is extremely heavy. If you have new apartment and your bed is just off the floor, then maybe it would be ok. my home is over 100 years old, and the bedrooms are on the second floor. Too heavy to risk, had I known I won't not have waisted their time.
