A perfect curry powder with aroma n taste
If u r in hurry to make a short cut curry, just use few spoons as per con-density required & u r done. Not for someone who wants authentic curry. This has nice taste and aroma, can be supported with finely grinned fresh coconut for thickening n bit of coconut milk for smooth texture.

Decades of quality and taste
My nother used to buy it when we were settled aborad. This was more of an item made to export to foreign countries, for the NRIs. It's more of a garam masala mix and can be used alone to make yummy subji or gravy. Anything you want, veg or non veg. I was very sad when we couldn't find it after coming to India. On a trip to Chennai, I even roamed around some shops which had the name madrass masala, just to know it's not what I was looking for. A random search on Amazon eventually landed me to this and since then I have been stacking it in ammas cupboards. A must have for everyone. Super glad it's available within India now.

Tolles Curry aber etwas speziell
Das ist mein Lieblingscurry. Angenehme Schärfe, sehr intensiv im Geschmack. Es enthält schwarzen Pfeffer, was ich sehr mag. Speziell wird es durch die schöne Zimtnote, die evtl. nicht jedermanns Geschmack ist. Ich persönlich liebe Zimt in herzhaften Gerichten. Wer bei Zimt an Süßigkeiten denkt, liegt hier falsch. Zimt selbst ist nicht süß. Bei uns bekanntestes Beispiel dürfte Moussaka vom Griechen sein. Da ist auch Zimt dran. ;-)
