What a lovely design , take no space and voice is very clear on phone . Battery life is impressive and call quality and volume is excellent . Easy to install.

Good phone. Runs via my router with no problem. The setup is a little complicated and not very intuitive hence 4 stars.

This feels cheap and plasticky. You have to put it on charge for 15 hours before first use. When I first used it I could receive calls but not make them. The only troubleshooting solution is to remove the battery from the handset (difficult as it is wired in and in a very tight compartment) and disconnect the base from the power socket. This had no effect. I eventually reversed the cable between the phone and the router which somehow solved it. This phone has no answerphone (you have to buy the more expensive model) only a caller list.

Stylish and compact phone. It feels well-made with premium plastic. Nice ringtone, sounds a bit like a vintage american or european bell telephone. Others have said that the handset is not loud enough, but you increase the volume using the up-down arrow buttons. We noticed the buttons do need quite a firm press. Can confirm this works with the new 'Digital Voice' service.
