The grilling is done quite quicklyThe device is easy to use, clean and storeHowever the sandwiches came out quite soggy, even though the time taken was less than a minute after baking temperature was reached

I loved the product at its first sight because of the beautiful colour and compact and sturdy body.Inalsa has provided most affordable product which is even appropriate in size. One can easily grill two medium size sandwiches at one go.Cleaning is very easy.Only one feature I would have liked to have is to have wider flexibility of top cover. Yet it is the best product at the price available.

Built quality is very high but it is quite small.Normal size sandwitch bread wouldn't fit perfectly. Also we can keep only one layer of vegetable. I kept two layers first and I find it difficult to close it and there was some gap between the lids and cheese came out while cooking. I found it bit messy handling it. I did not find the toast great too.Built quality is great. Good design. Handy.

The media could not be loaded. Sorry got very disappointed with the product I got from inalsa through amazon,Never expected this with inalsa brand .I have been ordered the below attached pc frm Amazon online shopping & due to having lose fitting prblm i request Amazon for exchange,I got the refund product whch is not the one i ordered at the same time I got the unbox pc without warranty card that means I got the product returned by some other customer after unbox not the sealed new piece.I call to customer care of inalsa brand expecting to get my complaint solved in one call but they simply asked me to sent a mail to company.Sorry but very bad service.Now I want the refund of my amount ASAP.AyeshaReply I got to my mail by inalsa companyThe invoice date of the product is 15/august, you can replace your product from the amazon site there is replacement policy for 7-10 days.As per the company policy, we do not provide replacement/refund until the product is in service condition.If you are not able to replace your product from the amazon site then we can raise a complaint and our technician will visit first after that he will check your product properly, then we take any necessary action.We can only provide you with the service of the product.As you said that your warranty card is missing so we can provide you with the warranty card.".....I never told that I lost the warranty card, I said their is no warranty card available in the box wht I received that to be exached box wht I got unsealed returned box by some other customer. Now they are refusing to refund or replacement of the product... They have only service for repair only.I am totally disappointed buying inalsa brand toaster.

I got the 750 watt grill sandwich maker and it works perfectly for me.PROS- Value for money- Indicator for pre-heating status is very helpful- easy to clean- non-stick surface is well coated. Even chutney / ketchup doesn't stick- looks beautiful- 750 watt is good enough. I can make full brown 2 sandwich in 3-4 mins- 5 Amp plug is helpful (no need for heavy 15 Amp socket)CONS- the body is not very sturdy. But it is good enough for the budget.

I have been using this griller for 2 months now and satisfied with the product till now. It grills the bread in 2 mins. Only drawback is once it is heated, it cuts off for a min and then heating restarts.

we were fond of grill sandwiches/burgers and this product is suitable. We can have our favorite things grilled without going out. A really great product which has awesome performance and the cost comparatively is cheaper than the other product available in the market.A highly recommended product and a must go thing.Thank you for such a wonderful product.
