No. The thermostat is a separate purchase, as well as the drain tube. Any hardware store can set you up with the proper tubing to attach to the drain port.

Is this compatible with the mercury 150xs 4-stroke?

it should work mine is a 2020 150 4 stroke

What is the oil filter number this comes with?

I don't remember but it fit my 150 4 stroke.
