Had this a little over a month and the gel on the sides is already deteriorating almost. Does NOT keep you cool. Cool to the touch at first without the included cover, just the pillowcase. Warms quickly. The memory foam isn't great either. Barely any support. Waste of money honestly.

I purchased two pillowcases from a different company that had a much better cooling effect, then this pillow. The EUCIOR Cooling Gel pillow does provide excellent support. If you want decent support for your neck and shoulders while you sleep, this is a good pillow. If you’re expecting a significant cooling effect from this pillow, you’re not gonna get it. There is a slight noticeable cooling but nowhere near what I was expecting.
