Don't often post reviews, but this is amazing. I'd had my old electric skillet since I received it as a "white elephant" gift in 2001. The old non-stick coating was peeling off in alarming ways (particularly given what we know about the chemicals in that stuff). I just couldn't countenance keeping it any longer. This is a great replacement! It is amazingly non-stick--and it cleans with warm soapy water and a sponge like a dream. It heats quickly and evenly, and it's very large. In 5 days I've used it three times--once for french toast--fit 5 slices easily. Next for chicken--fit four breasts with tons of room to spare. Tonight I made a large stir-fry--and the deep dish quality was nice, and the remnants of each meal just rinse right off. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this electric fry pan. The bigger size, the ease of cleaning either by hand or in dishwasher are great features. Very happy that I chose this one to purchase, use it almost every week. The only issue is when cooking individual patties the center doesn't cook as fast as the edges, just need to swap the ones in center with ones on the edge half way through and all turn out perfect.
