Is this one continuous piece or two?

My kit had two continuous pieces way over 19" wide. Both cane and cord we're two pieces.

We completed three chairs and there is not enough caning for the fourth chair. it is short. can i get a piece of caning only and not the kit?

I'm not sure if you can buy the caning separately.

Does this fit square seats?

You can cut the caning to fit the chair you are repairing but I was told this item is no longer available. I had to buy another product for my fourth chair which is close but not identical.

Can you tint this cane? If so, what product is recommended?

It appears ready to stain. Though you may want to go with a non kit to be sure. The instructions say it is ready to take shelac. The caning in this kit looks more shiny than the other known raw cane we have, but I think it would take stain
