Very good product.
My doctor recommended that I take a calcium vitamin D3 supplement and I tried a brand that was just calcium and D3 it did not work because it didn't have have the K2 carrier which helps the bones absorb...this brand does that and I have been very pleased.

It is easy to swallow and it is the right size. There is no stomach upset which is great.

Effectiveness: I like the combination of ingredients that helps the calcium to absorb better. I have accidentally fallen twice and didn't break anything. My bone density has increased. I prefer the capsules over the brick for ease in swallowing.
