This works!! It works incrediiiiiiiiiibly well. I was really blown away. I have a soy allergy and am estrogen dominant, and was hoping that because it was a soy derivative, it wouldn’t result in a reaction. However I did have one and had to return. Wish I could keep taking it.

At first I returned the item… thinking that it was not doing anything but then I started to taking them again (nonstop)

My friend who goes to a great naturopath recommend this particular brand to me. I swear it makes me sleep better. I take it at night.

This is one of a few products iI take for sleep. Works great.

I generally prefer Pure Encapsulations for supplements, but their PS 100 is ridiculously overpriced. On top of that, it's soy based. I found Life Extension PS 100 to be every bit as high quality, but at a fraction of the price. And it's not soy based.

I took before bedtime…big mistake, was up all night. This definitely gives you energy. I will try taking it in the daytime.

A little pricey, but worth it. 1 or 2 pills before bed puts me to sleep for 8 hours!
