One of the better protein pancake mixes
In case it shows the wrong version, I bought the Cinnamon Roll pancake mix.Flavour and texture was very good, it didn't taste too dense like some protein pancake mixes out there.1/3 cup liquid definitely didn't feel like enough, for me it was a thick dough, I had to add extra liquid to thin it out more but once I did it was a nice consistency and cooked well.Price wise it's pretty fair. I normally bought Flourish which was around $10 a bag in store for a 430g bag. So this is about the same price as if I bought 2 of those bags and close to the same amount of mix.Tomorrow I'll maybe try it as a waffle to see how it does there, I find a lot of protein mixes get extremely dense and dry in the waffle maker.

Absolutely Delicious
Absolutely perfect! Love love love the flavour and it mixes well. A bit thick but makes the waffles fluffy. I use it with my mini dash. 10/10 recommend for a protein packed sweet treat
