Are these trays flimsy?

I've been using my Mr Penn tray for about 2 months they are sturdy.

What kind of plastic are these made of?

The trays are made of sturdy plastic. They are not flimsy and hold their shape well. Have not had any problems with handling the weight of the 2" or 3" seed starter pots.

Anyone use them with a heat mat?

I am using them with a heat mat currently with no issues

Does the tray have no drainage holes? Conflicting answers - some person say NO HOLES; another says ONE HOLE.

The trays I have do not have any holes. They just have the raised areas that run the length of the tray. So when you put your pots in the tray and water them the water that comes out the bottom will settle below the bottom of your potted plants.
