Goof product but not for the first time users
The product is good with unique features like tray top cooking. However this product is not recommended for first time users. We had used this for 4 days and tried baking and making cookies but didn't come out well. Also the heating is not evenly distributed with the rotessorie function. Also called the seller for Demo but after multiple attempts there was no response. Hence returned this product since i was not able to use this as per my expectation

The media could not be loaded. This is my first otg I recv today .... And it's super easy to use also great packing today is first day hope it vl work more in future... Read manual before use ... I recevie all accessories with it .. am happy... Thanks to seller ...😊👍

Oven door doesn't close properly
The oven looked good. However, I didn't get a chance to use it as I returned it the same day. The oven door didn't close properly. There was a conspicuous gap there. But what I liked about the seller is that they promptly accepted my return request and even sent the refund just a few hours post pickup the next day. I wasn't happy with the product but very much satisfied with the seller's prompt response.

Tray small in size
The bake tray and the grill are small in size. They don't fit in the OTG well. Overall a good OTG.
