Good quality sandals for the price, but repeated color mismatch in delivery needs improvement.
I ordered light blue sandals but received black instead. This is the second time I have faced a color mismatch issue in delivery. However, I am not returning them as the sandals are good for the price and the quality is satisfactory.

Worst in online orders
I ordered black color, but I received a different color. The size is correct, but the strap design is very poor. When I walk, the strap pulls my foot forward, making the footwear look smaller and uncomfortable. I am not able to adjust my foot properly in a suitable position. Because of these issues, I would like to return this product and get a refund / replacement.
