It's a simple choice. Flavor-Heat vs Heat-Flavor. It's the only way to describe this sauce, Flavor-Heat that wins the challenge. The only way to enjoy hot sauce is to balance the experience in favor of flavor. Don't get me wrong, heat is awesome, but you must know how to balance that heat. Crystal gets this perfectly.
