The "Premio" has the elegant curved handle with the nice metal butt. The boring straight handle you see in the thumbnail is the "Classic." I have a 5 inch Premio and I like the curved handle.

What is the height of the blade?

THe dimensions of this knife are: 5inch long blade and 1.25inch height. If you have extremely large hands you will not like the feel of this knife because it's got a smaller handle.

The forged Premio is made in China.

Does it come with a sheath?

No, it does not. It comes securely wrapped. No sheath. Would need to secure in a wood block or something else.
