Perfect for Red Eyes
This pillow is a lifesaver as someone who cannot sleep on planes and often flies on red eyes. It’s easy to blow up, stays inflated for the entire flight, and is comfortable to use. The material on it is soft, but I’m confident it would be easy to clean, which is important to me as someone who thinks planes are disgusting. I love how small it shrinks down so it does not take up a lot of space in my bag. Would recommend.

Great travel pillow
This pillow is amazing! I fly several times a year and used to be able to sleep pretty well on planes, but in the last few years I’ve had more trouble. I’ve tried several kinds of travel pillows, but this is by far the best one I’ve ever used. Easy to inflate/deflate and can be used in multiple positions. I was able to sleep comfortably for hours with this pillow on my most recent flight.

Compact, comfy, inflates fast—great for long flights, though a bit low for taller users.
This inflatable pillow was a great buy. It’s compact, doesn’t take up space, and inflates in under 5 minutes. It worked perfectly for my 14-hour flight from Guatemala to Madrid and for several shorter trips of 4–7 hours around Europe. The material is soft and comfortable, and it really made resting easier. The only downside is that it felt a bit low for my boyfriend, but for me it was super useful, practical, and cozy throughout the whole trip

For the price 5 stars
There isn’t a luxury level maker of a product like this, but this one is great. Comfortable, helped me through a 14 hour flight. I have a more curved back than most and have never been able to get comfortable in an airline seat. Leaning back 12 degrees has never been comfortable for me and these worked well. My inly gripe is I wish the face hole was a little larger. It feels like I’m choosing between putting all the pressure on my forehead or my lips, and if the hole was larger, specifically longer, i could more support from the whole perimeter of my face.

Works well but slowly deflated during use
**Update October 2019** I received a second unit from Sunany because my first unit came with a coupon of sorts to get a second for free. My second unit doesn't have a slow leak in it like my first unit did. I took the inflatable neck pillow on a trip to South America last week. Here is one thing I have found . . . if you are in an exit aisle seat or a seat in like a bulkhead that doesn't have a row of seats close in front of you, the pillow doesn't work as well. It works best if when you lean forward with your face on the pillow that the pillow can push up against the seat back in front of you. That provides it with stability and keeps it from being pushed away from you. If you are in an exit aisle, comfort+, 1st class, bulkhead, etc. where you don't have that seat back right in front of you the pillow is not as effective. I was in an exit aisle for one leg of my flights last week and found that I had a hard time keeping the pillow on my lap without it being pushed away from me. I took this Sunany inflatable pillow on a trip this past week from the U.S. to Europoe. During the 10 hour flight from the U.S. to Amsterdam I was able to use the pillow. Here are my thoughts about it: Pros - Easy to inflate - Easy to deflate - Easy to roll up and store in the included sack - It comes with a nice eye mask - The product feels well built. It feels like any of the air mattresses that are commonly sold by companies like Intex. - It was much more comfortable than a regular ring-type pillow that goes around your neck. Cons - The pillow would not stay fully inflated for more than a couple of hours. During my 10 hour flight from the U.S. to Amsterdam and used the pillow for maybe 3 or 4 hours. It had a slow leak. I had to blow it back up about 3 times during the flight to get it back to the level of air pressure that would fully support my weight. I had the cap on tightly that covers the air valve. There were no audible air leaks, so it was very slow. It was just annoying to be trying to sleep and then have to blow the pillow back up fully. - The facial hole in the pillow is a bit too large. Sometimes it felt like my full head was going to pop right through it into the pillow. I'm a 5'9" male of average size, so anyone my size or smaller may feel the same. The size of the facial hole should be reduced slightly would be my recommendation for the manufacturer. Final Thoughts Other than the slow air leak, I think it is a great pillow. I'm going to try to contact the manufacturer to see if I can get a replacement. On my way home from Europe I probably got a good 2 - 3 hours of sleep using the pillow that was much more comfortable than not having it. If it weren't for the slow leak, I would raise my review to a 4 star.

Compact and easy to use!!
I read a LOT of reviews before buying. Pros: - You can lean forward and sleep in a car or plane - It’s easy to deflate and put back into its bag (I read a lot of complaints about this, but in my experience deflation and careful rolling is quick and gets it easily back into its bag) - Packs small Cons - It’s pretty big in the seat, so you have to work around it if you don’t want to deflate it. - One of my arms fell asleep even though I put it through the holes. But hey! At least I got some rest!!! - It’s big enough that on my ultra cheap (hand-baggage-only) trip, I didn’t want to waste precious space carrying it. Oh how jealous I was seeing someone else sleeping with theirs on that 5:30 am flight. - It has a strong odor. But even though I am allergic to latex and sensitive to strong odors, I have no problem putting a sweater over it and laying my head down. I think this thing is great and well worth the money!!

Waste of MONEY
Save your money. What a waste of time, energy and resources. This is a joke. As you sit in economy, barely able to inflate it, and desperately trying to prevent the air from escaping as you seal it, you get a semi- firm, itchy plastic covered in a fuzz like material, blow up thing to rest your face on. The “cradle” that should comfortably hold your face has plastic seams that that will absolutely prevent you from any comfortable position. Also, once inflated you are stuck in one single position the duration. I could not fall asleep with this piece of trash, I tried for 6 hours and gave up. Neighboring passengers will hate you for it too. Because of the space it takes up, it can make any attempt by you (or others) to get up to say, use the toilet??? There’s no where to reasonably move it. You can deflate and start over. However that’s just more aggravation. I’m so frustrated I missed the return window as we had not yet returned from our travels. So I’m begging others to save themselves, and avoid this like the plague you might get on the plane ( from other passengers that still don’t seem to understand the concept of masking when ill.) Happy travels!

Great product
As someone who has a hard time keeping my head from lolling back and forth when sleeping during a flight, this was an absolute godsend. This pillow allowed me to sleep in a comfortable position during my flight and it was very easy to inflate and deflate. It’s worth noting that it does take up quite a bit of room so meal time was a little tricky since I didn’t want to inflate and deflate it multiple times. The face hole was also a little uncomfortable around my chin, so it took a few tries to figure out how to position my face in it but once I did, everything else was fine. I kept my glasses and personal belongings in it by my hands while sleeping so I didn’t have to worry about losing them. It also doesn’t take up too much room in my carry on for how big it is once fully inflated. Overall a great purchase and I definitely recommend for long haul flights.
