We live in a college town, where scooters are a very common mode of transportation. The last one we had eventually died and we hadn't replaced it yet. When this one arrived, the family instantly agreed that this is a great scooter. It's powerful, fast, the battery lasts a long time, and it has excellent heavy duty tires. It's leaps and bounds better than the last one we had. This scooter has SPEED. This is especially excellent for anyone using it for commuting, since it is well built, has great headlights, and is comfortable to drive/ride. Overall, my family has been very impressed and agrees that this has all the features (and more) that you'd expect in a high quality scooter.

The J 15Max is absolutely amazing. From the moment I set it up, I was blown away by how well built this scooter is! I love the thick chunky aluminum locking mechanism to fold it and unfold it. Theres a lot of aluminum used in this scooter. But the best piece of aluminum on it is the kick stand. Its the coolest kick stand I’ve ever seen! There other cool thing is the front and rear suspension. It sits high and has great ground clearence for offroading. Its a lot different than I am used to. It is so fast and responds instantly when you hit the throttle. There are 3 modes and mode 2 is fast enough for me! You definetily need to wear a helmet with this scooter.

the brakes on the back wheel hardly even works, make sure to slow down way before u get to a stop cause this does not slow down at all if u r up to speed, huge safety risk. New issues showing up. so after getting over 300+ miles on it the battery dies alot quicker now, staying in gear 3 (max gear speed) the scooter is now dieing in less then 4miles now..so no i aint getting 37miles in range before it dies and never did.. but now it just dies under 4miles in fully charged scooter.

Scooter is fast and nice suspension. Battery last a long time. I don’t like that scooter folds at front wheel instead of front bar. It is a little heavier than others I have. Lights design was not well thought out but lights are bright.

This scooter is soooooooooo much fun. This is my first scooter and after a ton of research and trying to hit my price point, this was the winner. It is very user friendly and a blast to ride. It is a bit loud because of the aggressive tires but I also love those tires. It handles bumps and divots in the road well. The lights are nice and bright, however I did add some of my own lights to make it extra bright at night. It’s nice and wide so there is plenty of room to stand. It is also heavier than I thought it would be but it’s easy to fold for portability. I am very happy so far.

I’ve been debating buying an electric scooter for a while because I wanted something that could handle both my daily commute and some weekend fun. When I tested it on the weekend, I actually got close to 35 miles before it needed a recharge, which matches the description. The ride comfort is another highlight. The 11-inch tires and solid suspension make a huge difference. I don’t have to slow down much for cracks in the road or small bumps, and it feels stable even at higher speeds. The deck is wide enough for me to stand comfortably, and the handlebars feel sturdy, not flimsy like some cheaper scooters I’ve tried in the past. Folding it down is straightforward, which makes storage easier, though I’ll admit it’s on the heavier side. That’s the trade-off for the powerful motor and battery, and personally, I prefer the solid build—it feels safe and durable. Overall, this scooter has changed my daily routine for the better. I no longer sit in traffic, I save money on gas, and it’s just plain fun to ride. If you’re looking for something powerful, reliable, and with real long-range capability, this is an excellent choice.

Most bolts keeps coming loose

good scooter but speed is innacurate im going slower than what it actually says on the speedometer and battery range is not as advertised im barely getting 8-10miles on the scooter going full speed even on normal speed i still barely get more mileage per charge on it overall still a good comfy stable ride, and suspension is good but i wish they were as fast they were as advertised and had way better range
