Asian Paints Hanging Dandelions Wall Sticker (PVC Vinyl, 30.48cm x 76.20 cm, Multicolour)

I had ordered hanging dandelions with flowers and birds but what I received was a sticker with rabbit and fence and after trying to return the item the amount that I am supposed to get is 15rs less than I actually paid. This is not called free refund.
