I'm looking for a watch with a countdown timer to remind me of medications. Does this easily set for up to 2 ½ hours with an alarm at the end? Thanks

Yes. It does have a count down timer and a countdown repeat timer that i use as a nurse to remind myself to do things. The entire watch is easy to set up. Ive bought this watch since ive been 20 and im 41. I also like the band material since im allergic to all the rubber type bands. Excellent, well priced watch. Enjoy.

Does this watch have a velcro band? The picture doesn't seem to show velcro. What is the smallest size wrist that it will fit?

Yes, mine came with a Velcro band. I have a very small wrist that is why I prefer a Velcro band. I am very pleased with my watch. As a matter of fact, I bought 2.

Can you replace the timex expedition tw4b13100 band with a rubber o nato band? does the watch have sping bars?

Yes this watch has spring bars. It depends if the band you want to put on this watch fits.

Is this a child's watch? Some people are claiming it is in the comments. Looking for a similar for for an adult. Thanks.

Hi, this watch is designed for adults.
