is this food is effective for peacock bass ?

I don't think so. It's effective and designed for bottom feeding predators like Red tail cat fish, lungfish, sting rays, Bichirs.. etc. You better try floating type pellets for Carnivoures.

My redtail cat fish only eat chicken .. don't eat any other other sinking pallets so RTC accept this pallets??

Massivore will be well taken by RTC in my experience, I've had very good success with Massivore and my large catfish/barbs. Also, It's not advisable to feed chicken to RTC, try feeding tilapia,clams or prawns instead.
