Extremely good and durable product. I bought this is 2023 and till now it runs smoothly. The other clocks I bought, conked within a few months. I highly recommend this product.

Actually, the seller is cheating us by providing very small clock. Also, the product qualities is so cheap. It’s not working and it will not work at all. The thing is we may feel like it’s so cheaper ₹230, but ₹230, You’ll get two similar pieces outside in the market. If you go to any fancy store, you will get this, but this seller is cheating us by only replacing the items why he is not accepting returning the items so they know that nobody will buy this.

Watch is good but size too small

I strongly advise against purchasing the Orpat table clock. I ordered this product from Amazon and received a defective unit. Unfortunately, due to a slight delay in unboxing, Amazon refused to process a return. The clock arrived with visible damage: the number paper inside the dial was peeling off, rendering the time display illegible and defeating the basic function of a clock. It is astonishing that such a product could pass any quality check before being shipped. This is not just a matter of poor product design, but also a glaring lapse in after-sales support from both Amazon and Orpat. A product that is unusable from day one should be eligible for a return or replacement regardless of minor delays in opening the package. Do not waste your money on this clock. Orpat has clearly compromised on quality, and customer satisfaction seems to be the least of their concerns. I expected far better from a brand of this stature.

Product works fine. The product delivered had the base sticker which has numbera written not properly attached to the base obstructing the needles. Had to manually adjust and stick the sticker... post that works fine

Very bad quality, it broke the wires when I pulled out the white paper that gets the battery to work.
