Great taste great results. Wanted something that didn’t have the calories count of a protein shake but the essential nutrients for recovery, this did just that.

So far so good. Starting taking this product after feeling a bit pleatued after 4 years of lifting. Started eating more and taking Kino Gains, and after a few days and have some promising results so far. No side effects and Kino Colada tastes good. Would buy again.

I love Kinobody and Octane so I was excited to start using Kinogains. I have no known allergies and have never had any thyroid issues in my life. I took kinogains for a week each day and the entire time my thyriod was hurting. I went off the supplement for two days and the pain stopped. After a few days I took it again and the pain came back after a few hours after taking it. Did anyone else experience this? Really bummed out I can't take this supplement and had to end my subscription.

Taste isn’t so bad. I haven’t finished the bottle yet but I will update once it’s done & I purchased another one.

I like the way it recovers my body. Next day I feel strong and with energy.Defenetly one if the best muscle gainer that I’ve bought. ( The flavor is alright)
