Used it on a motor home bottom door, and worked as it should. Great product.

Was exact replacement for my workout lock.

This handle is insanely sturdy. Much better quality than the usual t-handles you see, which justifies the price quite a bit. The installation is about as easy as it gets, and it fit perfectly. The flush fitment is really nice looking when the handle is pressed in, and it functions very smoothly and feels very well made. The only issue I have with the product is that it doesn’t come with the latching ear, so unless you’re replacing one and still have the old ear, it’s a bit of an adventure to find a suitable ear for this handle.

First latch was not correct but TriMark was quick to send me the correct item and very easy to work with. They made it easy to contact them and solved the issue. The latch was just like the old one and fit perfectly. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Item did not include mounting screws or backside latch finger..

My old lock would not latch, so I got this. It is exactly the same except you turn it clockwise instead of counter clockwise to open it. Even the key was the same as the old key (just a coincidence I hope; can't imagine they only have 1 key form). A breeze to replace, about 5 minutes. Get the lock sock too. My latch is on the top, and it has frozen up on me; hoping this prevents that.
