Received used second hand defective product.

Toy stopped working suddenly.
The toy has suddenly stopped working within 3 months of purchase; it has been hardly used, not more than 7-8 hours in total. Local toy shops refuse to check what is wrong.Please advise how it can be repaired or what recourse I have. Fisher Price Bright Beats Dance and Move Beatbo, Multi Color From Beyond Toys And Gifts (Fulfilled by Amazon). Meanwhile, I would suggest buying expensive toys only through local dealers, not online.

Products which babies put in their mouth are delivered filthy
Extremely damaged, dirty product delivered, supposed to be for my 6 month old niece. Worst experience. No reason to shell out on a branded product with lower chances of small pieces, bad plastics etc which can harm an infant

Defective price delivered. The cover plastic was torn and the batteries were all burnt.
