Light is not working and over heat and roti is not made properly

Good and useful product
The first time, I ordered it, I received a defective and broken piece. Got is exchanged. The exchange was quick. Though the new piece has a scratch on the coated plate, yet I decided to keep it. The quality of the roti maker could have been better. Anyway, the paratha and phulka are soft and save one hell of a time. Happy with the product. You just have to master the technique of kneading a super soft dough, and pressing and turning.

Worst product
Practically not usable at all. Whole surface of the product becomes so hot, it becomes difficult rather impossible to handle. After every chapati, you need to wipe the surface with slight oil, but because of hot surface not easy to do it. Overall experience very bad. Returned the product. This feedback is not only for the brand i brought, but actually is for this item from any brand, as my brother also bought of some another brand but he also had to return because of same problem. Thanks to Amazon 10 day return policy.

Useful Product
Very good and useful product , i have made chilla ,toasts , paranthas ,and they are yummy , the only thing is ..That there should be a temperature control knob , so it would have been better , seller was kind enough to listen to me when i messages them regarding the packaging ..As there were complaints of damage during transit in the reviews , they hav nicely packed the product and send it to me .. overall ,it s a good product especially for lazy n single people like me, i jus hav to make the chilla batter or the dough and use it .. . and no chakla n belan requirement.. voila ! Its done
