These pens are smooth and write perfect without even a hint of skippage. They have a lot of ink and last a long time. I love that they are actually gold and not green gold. Will definitely be reordering in the future.

This pen works really well and is a nice medium gold color. Not too bright, not too dark. I’m using it for embellishing holiday cards. The line it makes is on the broad side, 1.0 mm says the sticker on the pen, but a finer line can be made with a lighter hand pressure. The border around this card, the dots, and the leaf outlines were made with this pen. The ink flows well and is a bit “juicy”- takes just a couple of minutes to fully dry. The shine is subtle but it’s there.

I read the reviews of other pen that would write in gold and was leery of trying any. This brand is a winner!! Started writing IMMEDIATELY -- no shaking, squeezing -- just put it to the "paper'. So pleased. The gold is clearly visible and I was actually using it to 'write' titles on mini leather books covers (less than an inch) which is much harder to do than paper. Great easy flow and did not smear or cause any dripping or mess to my project or writing surface. AND the price was really reasonable for 3 pens. . NOW 6 months later, 2 of the brand new pens do NOT write. Totally dry even though never used. A gyp. So they only work when brand new (although I consider the other 2 brand new since they were never opened -- that's a lot of money for one pen that wrote at first.

This pen is like a dream. I have been on a gold ink hunting spree and I decided to buy this on a whim. Boooooooy am I happy with my purchase. First of all, the ink flow is amazing. It never skips. It doesn't do the train track writing (train track is for example when you write a line and the ink flows top and bottom but the middle is blank). The ink is super rich and just continues to flow when I write. I would have thought it would eventually skip, but it hasn't! Another thing I love about it is the color. It is more of an antique gold so it is a copperish gold color. If you look at it at an angle it kind of has a greenish tint but it doesn't affect the overall color. It is indeed gold when you use it. I prefer this type of color because most gold pens I have found tend to be on the yellow/orange side and I find it unpleasing to look at. Especially when it just looks like a dark muddied yellow. It also doesn't rip your paper. Most gold ink 'pens' I find tend to be a paint marker or paint based. If you use those paint markers on the same spot over and over again it tears at the paper. This pen on the other hand doesn't. It colors over nicely and doesn't make the color darker if you recolor over it. In fact it makes it look like you used paint instead of a pen which is pretty cool and professional looking. Overall, I love this pen. I would buy it over and over.

I like them but I wouldn't buy them again. they are indeed gold! The colour is spot on however, using them on anything but black its hard to see.

Best metallic gold pens on the market! I'm a professional watercolor artist and I use these pens in so much of my work. They are smooth, they don't make a big mess and they last quite awhile.

Used for our wedding invitations dried well and lots of ink. Great color! Did exactly what I needed did 130 invites and still have a full pen Worth the money and would recommend.

I use these pens for writing for work, and the quality is fabulous. They run out pretty quickly though. I went through this 3 pack in a little over a month, and have ordered another 5 pens. Would give them a full 5 star rating, but took a star off because they run out really quickly.
