C4 Ultimate Shred

Super NASTY taste But SUPER HUMAN POWER! This stuff taste like a mouth full of cayenne pepper no strawberry watermelon flavor at all But when it was 9pm and I already worked out 1hr and 30 mins, I was able to add on another 1hour of intense workout! Best part is after the workout, no soreness. It felt like I didn’t even do anything and I could’ve gone more but I knew I had to stop. This stuff is dangerously strong. Minor itchiness but if you sweat a lot like me it the itchiness goes away quickly. I’d say build up to this level of pre workout because there is A LOT of caffeine. I started out with regular C4 then went to Beyond Raw Lit and now this one. So it was a gradual increase in caffeine overtime. I can’t imagine someone who never workout before to just use this suddenly. Even me who’s been working out for 4 months now, this was a shock to my system. Take maybe half a scoop and work your way up. This is the best pre-workout I’ve ever had!

I was hesitant on purchasing this because I’m not a fan of the skin tingles pre-workout tends to give but gave it a shot anyway. I can’t speak highly enough of this one though. Granted, it’s only been 4 days of using it, but my god- are you kidding me?! I feel so strong during my workouts and don’t feel like I need to give up half way through. Which, for me is huge. I get a motivation boost for one day to workout to lose weight and the next I’ve already given up. It does give the skin tingles, but not nearly as bad as ones I’ve had before- definitely tolerable. It’s does have a little spice, but it’s just the typical ginger root kick, so absolutely nothing crazy. A little lips and throat burn, but it fades super quick. Metabolism boost? You bet. It gets your gut moving for sure but for someone who struggles with gut health in general, it’s been fantastic to not feel or look bloated. And lastly, it’s an incredible hunger suppressant. I have an alarm set on my phone to remind me to eat something after my workout or I could very well make it to dinner time without feeling hungry or nauseous because I haven’t eaten. TLDR; If you’re looking for something to keep you motivated while you lose weight and gain muscle, honestly, this is it. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.

This product has been at the top of my list when it comes to both flavor and effectiveness. It delivers noticeable results and tastes better than most other options I’ve tried. The only downside is that it can sometimes cause a bit of jitteriness, but overall, the performance and taste make it well worth it. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a product that actually delivers.

I have been taking Preworkout supplements for a number of years now. The majority of those years, I have been taking this specific product. For the last few months I have been taking another very powerful preworkout. I loved the taste of the other one, so I used it for about 3 months. It worked good, but decent. Very light effect...that effect you look for in a Preworkout sup. It seems as though I built a tolerance to the one I've been using for a few months. Long story short, This C4 Shred purchase was the first I've made since using the other brand, and whooo Doggie!!! It is powerful!! Thanks Cellucor 💪 Cons: • Flavor is too sharp (Blue). Almost like drinking flavored syrup when mixed with a regular 16.9 bottle of water. If you can get past that intense flavor you'll love what happens in 15-20 mins. It would be nice if Cellucor would use less blue coloring and less amount of flavor. • You have to drink lots of water for roughly the next 2-3 hours after consumption. Every person's body is different, and everyones tolerance can fluctuate...but what I have learned with this specific product for myself, is that I have to hydrate more frequently during and after my excersize. I see this as a con because taking a small jug to the gym, or a few water bottles is a hassle. • Small variety of flavors. For the 4+ years or so I have been using Shred, There has been only a few flavors, and I hate them all 🤭 It would be nice to have a Tropical and/or Fruit punch flavor included for the Shred series. 💙
