Rotring Rapid Pro Mechanical Pencil, 0.7mm, Silver

I have used lots of pentel and staedler pencils before but ROTRING RAPID PRO/ROTRING 600 IS THE BEST and this statement is gonna remain universal untill the end of time. [ Proud to exaggerate ] ------------------------------------------------------------ FINAL VERDICT ✅The best mechanical pencil (tried pentel, lamy, staedtler and many others). ✅SUPER STURDY and you can pass this one to next generation after your last breath. ✅Very expensive but considering it will last lifetime i would rate 4/5 in VALUE FOR MONEY. 🙏🙏Please press the helpful button if so and follow my Amazon profile🙏🙏 ------------------------------------------------------------ DESIGN AND BUILD 👍Although the Rotring brand is now owned by some japanese brand still the german aesthetics are no less in this ALL BRASS METAL SUPER STURDY BUILD. 👍The metal KNURLING is THE BEST on the market.🥰 👍The retractable lead sleeve is awesome⭐ 👍Very satisfying click and about 10 clicks come out 6mm of lead. 👍The Hexagonal brass body is very comfortable to hold. 👍Very sturdy pocket clip. 👍Matt black colour is dope and utilitarian (more classy than silver version and three colour is durable too, it won't go out in long time. ------------------------------------------------------------ WRITING PERFORMANCE 👍👍A+++ the heavy nature of the pen helps in enhancing writing experience since you don't need to press the lead much harder since the pencil itself is sharing the job with its own weight. IT WILL MAKE YOU QUIT YOUR PARKER PEN AND ADOPT THE PENCIL WAY OF WRITING. ☺ ------------------------------------------------------------ CONS The single con of this pencil is the screws joint behind the red ring (refer my attached images) that is made of plastic, metal would have been nice but considering you don't need to unscrew it very often it would still go strong for lifetime.

Upon grasping the pencil in my hand, I was pleasantly surprised by the weight which, in my opinion, feels just right. It has a good balance to it. I almost cannot tell if it is bottom-heavy or top-heavy. The knurling on the grip is neither too fine nor too coarse for my taste. It is grippy enough without feeling like a file against your fingers. Although, if you are prone to having sweaty palms(or feel that the knurling is not coarse enough for you), you might like the knurling on the rOtring 600 which has the only downside of having a non-retractable tip that renders it less pocket-friendly and more prone to breakage on the sleeve when dropped. The lead advance is quite granular i.e., 10 clicks of the push button gives you about 0.6 cm of lead on an average which, in my opinion, is perfect. The clicking mechanism is satisfactorily sure-sounding. All in all, considering that the Rapid Pro has a retractable tip and is an all metal construction (inner working components being brass, if I am not mistaken), this is a great mechanical pencil for everyday use. Also, the pencil looks stately in the matte-black colour.

I have been using this pencil for over two years now, it looks great, feels great, writes great. It is a bit on the heavier side but will not offset you, so do not let the weight dissuade you. Read no further go for it and you will not regert buying it.

A fine drawing instrument. There could be many brands that manufacture mechanical drafting pencils that look similar to the Rotring mechanical pencils, believe me, I have them too. But on the first touch, you can tell why Rotring has such a reputation.

It's amazing. But at the same time expensive.

We cannot compare this with the other products. Very good grip and finish. Only thing is high pricing.

Ive been searching for a pencil that I can use and flaunt at the same time. This is it. It has a sharper at the tip. Very sturdy. Very Comfortable to write with.
