my son has low arch. How do I know which to buy? low/medium/high?

Purchased the low arch for my daughter who has low arches. They were and improvement from the factory inserts.

Can the inserts be cut in case they are too large for the cleats? If so do I need to buy new ones once my son needs a larger size of cleats?

Hi Yes the insoles can and should be trimmed to the liner of the original Cleat. If your sons feet still grow and he is going to purchase larger cleats in the future - he may want to purchase new insoles too You may want to donate the old ones or I’m Case you have younger kids - hand them the previous insoles.
