Many people has complained about the artistic drawings in this book for their less accuracy , but i think before making a complain one should think about the time when the book was actually writren. Back then there is very less facility of wildlife photography and less technology of publishing. I liked the contents and the classification but the images of birds could be real, instead there are color plates used in old style printing.

It’s a must buy for all the bird enthusiasts. It has detailed information about Indian birds with pictures.
