Are they flexible or stiff?

for me as an active 380 lb maintenance guy they work great, flexible enough for walking around yet stiff enough to climb a roof access ladder with out hurting my feet. I just got another pair for summer and fully expect to anniahlate the insole in a month or two , I'l replace them with and keep going all summer without the stinky feet problem of an insulated pair of boots.

Do these come in 8 reg. In brown? Only see wide sizes. If so how soon will they be back in stock?
