Is each sticker counted as a toy?

No ,there is about 15 -17 different items. The small sheets of stickers are counted as 1. I used these in party favor bags. Not suitable for small children.

The glasses that look like they are missing spaces looks like they are lined they loved them but really all toys were a hit
